Will Becher is an Academy Award® nominated director and Animator based in England, UK.
Over the last two decades he's worked on television series, commercials and feature films both here and in the US. He was Lead Character Animator on The Pirates! and Shaun the Sheep Movie before taking the role of Animation Director on Nick Park's prehistoric adventure Early Man.
Will has hosted masterclasses around the world at the likes of Pixar, Blue Sky and Annecy, and spoken at educational institutions including National Film & Television school, Design College of Barcelona and Bristol Old Vic. Meanwhile his independent short films have found success on the festival circuit picking up over 20 international awards.
In 2019 he made his feature directorial debut with Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon which went on to receive both BAFTA and Academy Award® nominations. He is currently working on Chicken Run 2 for Netflix.
